Ecclesiastical Approbation
In Today's Catholic World carries the approbation in writing of the (True) Petrine Hierarchy in exile i.e., connected with Pope Gregory XVII. It faithfully adheres to the rules for Catholic Journals mandated by Leo XIII in the Apostolic Constitution Officiorum ac Munerum, January 25, 1897 - so heavily re-stressed by Pius X in Pascendi Dominici Gregis, September 8, 1907. St. Ignatius of Antioch - "Let no one do anything of concern to the Church without the bishop. Let that be considered a valid Eucharist which is celebrated by the bishop or by one whom he ordains [i.e., a presbyter]. Wherever the bishop appears, let the people be there; just as wherever Jesus Christ is, there is the Catholic Church." (Letter to the Smyrneans 8:2 - 110 A.D.)
(August 22, Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary)
“Once these conditions (intention of Orders) are present, the sacraments may be conferred by either the good or the wicked, the faithful or the heretical, within the Church or outside it: but within the Church, they are conferred both in fact and in effect, while outside it, although conferred in fact, they are not effective.” -St. Bonaventure from, The Beviloquium, Part VI, Chapter 5, Article 1
“And the temple of God was opened in heaven: and the ark of his testament was seen in his temple and there were lightnings and
voices and an earthquake and great hail. And a great sign appeared in heaven: A woman clothed with the sun” (Apoc 11:19; 12:1)
“O Jesus, it is for love of You, for the conversion of sinners and in reparation for sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary.”
-Lucia dos Santos, Francisco and Jacinta Marto
WHERE IS THE MERCY SEAT OF THE COVENANT?

In Today's Catholic World (TCW)(Minneapolis) -August 22, Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary
In 1917, Our Lady of Fatima announced “If people do not stop offending God…He is going to punish the world for its crimes by means of war, of hunger and of persecution of the Church and the Holy Father.” Forty years later, the last remaining witness of the event that the Church has pronounced Signum Magnum and “worthy of credence” told Father Fuentes:
“The chastisement of heaven is imminent. In less than two years, 1960 will be here and the chastisement of heaven will come and it will be very great"
Sr. Lucia of Fatima, Dec 26, 1957.Whenever the Church has been persecuted there exists impediment for the Catholic population to participate directly in the Catholic order and the sacramental life of grace from our Lord's priesthood which the monarchical hierarchy mediates. But at the time of the chastisement and the Great Apostasy, under the power of darkness, the ordinary means of grace for salvation that our Lord wills for his Church is denied to most. The anti-papacy has desecrated the Church’s most holy possessions and all but *extinguished the Most Blessed Sacrament of the altar.
*Note: there are a only a few places worldwide to attend an approbated Mass. -ED
The Catholic faith, morals and worship through the “pure oblation” of the Most Blessed Sacrament - all proceed from an Order – the Ecclesia. This is not a democracy or a republic or a cafeteria or a federation of independent movements and organisations.
The sacred hierarchy is the monarchical priesthood of the Lord Jesus Christ, our great high priest and king, who has Himself laid the foundation: “all authority in heaven and earth has been given to me.” (Matt 26:18; c.f. Quas Primas) And Our Lord has laid this authority upon His one, eternal and sufficient sacrifice for sins forever. He is Himself the chief cornerstone (Eph 2:20) of his Apostolic hierarchy and upon this foundation and no other is the Church built up. Upon Himself, the cornerstone of the Church, Our Lord has set the Rock of Peter (Matt 16:18) and his Successors in that primacy to govern under Apostolic Law, the Church and nations that convert themselves to Christ and come into the Church.
The former Catholic nations (now overthrown in the Masonic, republican revolutions) exhibited this pattern of government in which monarchs, legislatures, parliaments (many democratically elected such as the Bretton Parliament), councils and courts both governed and adjudicated on the basis of Apostolic Law. The magisterium of the Church was both constitution and jurisprudence of those nations. Although the Christendom of the West is now overthrown, the pattern from history is clear.
"The enmity of the sectarians against the Apostolic See of the Roman Pontiff has increased its intensity... until now the evil doers have reached the aim which had, for a long time that of their evil designs, namely, their proclamation that the moment has come to suppress the Roman Pontiff's sacred power... ." -Leo XIII
The Rock, however, can not be overthrown. The Chair might historically have been set up in Antioch or Rome, but The Rock can not be overthown. Against The Rock, the gates of hell can not prevail; the heathen may rage, the people may imagine vain things and contrive futilities, but The Rock is established upon Our Lord Himself can not be overthrown by any angelic principality power in heaven or hell or any mere human power upon earth. Indeed, this is The Rock which King Nabuchodnosor saw in his dream. (Daniel 2)
“In the second year of the reign of Nabuchodnosor , the king had dreams”. In his dreams he saw the figure of a great image of idolatry which had its head of gold in Babylon; also described by Satan as “all the kingdoms of this world and the glory of them given to me” (Matt 4:8 ). He saw:
“a stone was cut out by no human hand, and it struck the image on its feet of iron and clay, and broke them in pieces; then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver and the gold, all together were broken in pieces and became like the chaff of the the summer threshing floors; and the wind carried them away, so that not a trace of them could be found. But the stone that struck the image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth.” (Daniel 2:34-36)
This “stone cut out by no human hand” is The Rock against which the gates of hell can not prevail. And upon this Rock, the Church is built.
The Church has never been and can never be built from “the bottom up” by gathering “faithful remnant” organisations and building them together and then democratically electing a Vicar of Christ. The Church is built from “the top down” by Peter and the Apostolic foundation and their successors. And we, the people who belong to Christ, are then built up on them.
This brings us to the Successors of the Pope Gregory XVII who was the true pope in law from Oct 26, 1958 to May 2, 1989. Obviously, neither Pope Gregory nor his Successor is in possession of the Holy See. The Chair of Peter has been removed to a location unknown. The Church is in Eclipse.
But it must be to The Rock that such remnant of Catholics as persevere in the holy faith shall gather themselves and upon The Rock, the Holy Father and the clergy he ordains, they shall build their lives in the Church according to the needs of this time. They are not concerned with the trappings of Tradition. They are concerned with public restoration of the Holy Father and Catholic order for the light of the nations and salvation of souls according to Our Lord's ordinary will for the sacramental life of the Church.
The In Today's Catholic World Apostolate which is published with the approbation of Pope Gregory's clergy are instructing Catholics here.
We know that without God’s special help, it impossible for a justified man to persevere in the justice he has received. (Canon 22 Decree on Justification. The Council of Trent) And for the time of the chastisement, our Lord has not neglected to offer us that special help. God has offered to us sufficient grace and more than sufficient grace.
We have been offered the sanctuary of Devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary as our sufficient grace for salvation at this time of the power of darkness when the power of antichrist would prevail over the continual sacrifice.
Our Lady of Fatima has announced “To those who will embrace this devotion to my Immaculate Heart, I promise salvation.” (July 13, 1917). “The Holy Rosary and devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary are our last two recourses” Sr. Lucia told Fr. Fuentes.
“There is no problem, I tell you, no matter how difficult it is, that we can not resolve by the prayer of the Holy Rosary. With the Holy Rosary we will save ourselves. We will sanctify ourselves. We will obtain the salvation of many souls.” Sr. Lucia, Dec 26, 1957
First there is the consecration of ourselves to Jesus through Mary. We must offer ourselves, our daily duty and our day with all its trials to Our Lord as slaves to Mary to suffer all that may come our way in reparation for sins and the conversion of poor sinners. And we rejoice with the rejoicing of her Immaculate Heart magnifying Our Lord above all angels. St. Louis de Montfort in True Devotion to Mary clearly outlines this simple and perfect path which Our Lady commends to us again at Fatima. And at a time of most critical danger for all souls, what is needed is a simple and perfect path, not a complicated path beset with crises, doubtful sacraments and priests, betrayals and covert operations.
“Devotion to the Immaculate Heart consists of the Most Holy Rosary, sacrifices of what ever suffering befalls us for the conversion of poor sinners, for the Holy Father and sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary.” And “finally, devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, our Most Holy Mother, consists in considering Her as the seat of mercy, of goodness and of pardon, as the certain door by which we are to enter heaven.” Sr. Lucia, Dec 26, 1957
With the revelation of the Mercy Seat of the Covenant and Her own assurances of sufficient grace for us at this time, why would Catholics place their trust in an ideology, in an ISM. For example, in Traditionalism? In the trappings of Tradition? In movements led by laics [laicists]? In doubtful sacraments? In communion with the anti-papacy? In petitions to the anti- papacy (the Fatima organisations)?
We are invited to take refuge directly in the Immaculate Heart of Mary, considering our Blessed Mother in grace as the Mercy Seat of the Covenant. We have great assurance and consolation from the Immaculate Heart, Herself.
Offerred such grace and assurance, how can we then turn away from the claims of the Holy Father and his Successors, refusing the sacred hierarchy’s great cause of Omnia Instaurare in Christo?
This is the time of chastisement, but those who have taken refuge in our Lady’s Immaculate Heart enjoy the repair of ultimate consolation. According to St. Louis de Montfort, “Mary is the sanctuary and the repose of the Holy Trinity, where God dwells more magnificently and more divinely than in any other place in the universe, not excepting His dwelling between the Cherubim and Seraphim. Nor is any creature, no matter how pure, allowed to enter into that sanctuary except by a great and special privilege.” True Devotion to Mary
Why are we, who are very far from pure, allowed at this time of the chastisement, no – more than allowed, invited to take refuge in the Immaculate Heart of Mary? I don’t know. But the question should be alight within us as a single, steady flame before a mystery of grace. The Sacred Heart has prepared this place of refuge for us, the place St. Louis calls “His unspeakable Paradise”, a sanctuary sealed to the understanding of created minds: human or angelic. Why us? Why now? No one can answer. But it would seem that if we, upon whom the time of the chastisement has come, are invited to take refuge in the Immaculate Heart of Mary, then – there is a reason.
And I think that reason is the supreme cause and challenge of the hour: Omnia Instaurare in Christo.
This is not the time to retreat into the distractions and traps that have been set for us. This is not the time to pursue the trappings of Tradition. We have been offered the ultimate retreat.
This is the time to advance in the supreme cause.
Mary is “especially necessary to the great saints of the latter times” writes St. Louis de Montfort. (True Devotion to Mary p. 26). How much more necessary to those who are not yet great saints? Those who, whatever their state, have been chosen to live in this time as Catholics and therefore “to match themselves against the enemies of God, who shall rage on all sides; and they shall be singularly devout to our Blessed Lady, illuminated by her light, strengthened with her nourishment, led by her spirit, supported by her arm and sheltered under her protection, so that they shall fight with one hand and build with the other.” (True Devotion to Mary p. 27) St. Louis is talking about the great souls whom he foresaw would live in the latter times. But indeed, all souls who would persevere in the Catholic faith find ourselves with precisely this challenge – “to match ourselves against the enemies of God who shall rage upon all sides.”
This is not a theory. St. Louis was describing our own time.
“This is the time of the power of darkness, but we must challenge that darkness! In order to be a true Catholic, three things are required: devotion to the Holy Eucharist, devotion to Our Lady and devotion to the Papacy – but many forget the third one, devotion to the Papacy. Yet it is the requirement of a true Catholic. You must have all three. Jesus will restore his Church, but we must fight – fight with courage!” -Fr. Peter Khoat Van Tran (April 2007)

Pastor." -The Monk of Padua, 18th Century (The Monk of Padua is noted for his prophesies of the last Popes in time: *Gregory XVII is the 18th out of 20 on his manuscript/list)
*Regarding His Holiness Pope Gregory XVII's Successors: As Catholics it is our duty to both pray for and support them - if any True Catholic thinks they are doing God's Will now, and yet are not supporting or looking into more information about the True Hierarchy in exile (of course for many this may be the first time you have heard about this matter - or learned that at this point, a Catholic is bound, under pain of sin, to learn and help if able) they are dreadfully deceived. "...all too frequently..." "Surrounded by Ghettos and Masonic Lodges, in the course of a fight which has become universal, Popes have reiterated their appeal for defense and have clearly shown the place and the duty of Catholics -- all too frequently the place has been left deserted and the duty has been betrayed in a shameful manner."
