Ecclesiastical Approbation
In Today's Catholic World carries the approbation in writing of the (True) Petrine Hierarchy in exile i.e., connected with Pope Gregory XVII. It faithfully adheres to the rules for Catholic Journals mandated by Leo XIII in the Apostolic Constitution Officiorum ac Munerum, January 25, 1897 - so heavily re-stressed by Pius X in Pascendi Dominici Gregis, September 8, 1907. St. Ignatius of Antioch - "Let no one do anything of concern to the Church without the bishop. Let that be considered a valid Eucharist which is celebrated by the bishop or by one whom he ordains [i.e., a presbyter]. Wherever the bishop appears, let the people be there; just as wherever Jesus Christ is, there is the Catholic Church." (Letter to the Smyrneans 8:2 - 110 A.D.)

Hello. Thank you for your email and sorry for my delay in replying (I have been traveling for several weeks).
There is a true [1.] Hierarchy in exile which emanates directly from Pope Gregory XVII (Matt. xvi: 18-19) - the proper Theology [the fundaments of which I would gladly provide you in detail, if you desire] - is that validly ordained priests who have not incurred Ecclesiastical censure (say, for participating in false worship, such as the V2-sect & its SSPX, pseudo traditionalist "latin mass sects" [i.e., "independents"/sedevacantist] etc.,) who fully accept the Pope Gregory XVII reality - can [are the only ones] offer valid sacraments and sacramentals.
[1.] St. Cyprian: "There is one God, and one Christ, and there is one Church, and one Chair founded by the voice of the Lord upon a Rock. Another altar cannot be constituted or a new priesthood be made, beside the one altar and the one priesthood. Whosoever gathereth elswhere, scattereth. Whatsoever by human madness is instituted, so that the divine disposition is violated, is adulterous, is impious, is sacrilegious" (Epist. ad Pleb. xl. n. 5).
This unprecedented chastisement of a scarcity of Catholic (lawful) Masses is a just punishment for sin.

Then we must place ourselves into the Merciful Hands of God and await the day when we can receive the absolution of a genuinely faithful approbated Catholic priest. Many of us will have to die without a priest, as did Paul McCabe back in 1971 (see Veritas, August 1971), and as others have done. [1.] Note to TCW Readers (lovers of the *Catholic Mass): In any serious inconvenience you are not obliged to attend Mass. This applied in normal times (the 1950’s) for travelers (i.e. in another country, etc.,) but much more so today when a true *approbated Mass is terribly difficult to find. The obligation to keep holy the Lord’s Day, does not necessarily oblige Mass attendance in every instance, and certainly is never imposed upon us “at any price.” What is required of us is to perform some public act of piety, such as a visit to a holy shrine, or the recitation of the Rosary in a public place, or placing of flowers before a statue of our Lord or Our Lady, and to be focused primarily on the things of God, especially by not profaning His holy day by unnecessary servile labor, etc. -TCW

Oddly this well-circulated document which lists Achilles Liénart as a "master mason" (along with other credible evidence -and further verifies the fact that Liénart was a heretical freemason - - beginning PRIOR to his being "elevated to the bishopric" - (1.) see Paul IV's infallible Cum EX Apostolatus Officio on what clearly constitutes an invalid, and null "episcopal elevation") - did not appear in (2.) Dr. Rama Coomaraswamy's painstakingly researched [?] article, in which he attempts a defense of the validity of the priestly orders (where there was one "ordainer") "received" by Marcel Lefebvre from Non-bishop (documented member of the craft) Liénart. For a Catholic to petition the sacraments from a doubtful priest, except at the point of death, is a mortal sin (de fide).

The Vatican Council (1869-1870 A.D.) “The pastors and faithful…are bound by the duty of hierarchical subordination and true obedience, not only in things which pertain to faith and morals but also in those which pertain to the discipline and government of the Church…If anyone says that the Roman Pontiff has only the office of inspection or direction, but not the full and supreme power of jurisdiction over the universal Church, not only in things which pertain to faith and morals but also in those which pertain to the discipline and government of the Church…let him be anathema,” (DZ 1827, 1831).
Note: Pope Paul IV's infallible Cum ex Apostolatus Officio, touches upon matters of faith and discipline. It is binding inperpetuity - certainly it is retained in the Code of Canon Law: (Can. 188§4 and other Canons dealing with heresy, i.e. 167§3, 2264, 2314, 2316, 2317) -TCW

As noted in the link (above), the well-known/read journal Borghese (in 1976) published a detailed list of freemasons (obtained from an internal masonic black-mail power struggle) who had (has) infiltrated the structures of the Church. It has never been disputed. Regarding NON-bishop heretic (Freemason) Fr. Liénart it read:60. Lienart, Achille. Cardinal. Grand Master top Mason. Bishop of Lille, France. Recruits Masons. Was leader of progressive forces at Vatican II Council.
Investigative journalist Piers Compton (a controversial person, yet, who still had hard facts) would write (unlike Coomaraswamy...):
"The Borghese article claimed to have a detailed list of conspirators who had penetrated into the Church, together with dates, numbers, and code names. These allegations were answered by a writer in L’Aurora, M. Jacques Ploncard, who asserted that no prelate had been affiliated with a secret society since the time of Charles X, the last of the Bourbons who ascended the throne in 1824, and was driven out by the revolution of 1830."This was palpably false, as was proved by determined investigators who carried the attack into enemy territory. By one means or another, sometimes posing as members of the Government, they gained access to the Italian Register of Secret Societies, and drew up a much longer and more impressive list than that published in the Borghese.

2. Archbishop Annibale Bugnini. Consultant in the Sacred Congregation of Propagation of the Faith, and in the Sacred Congregation of Holy Rites. The story of his unmasking during the Second Vatican Council has been told. Died July 3rd, 1982. Initiated April 23rd, 1963. Code name Buan.
Comment from TCW: Letters of Fr. Liénart's fellow freemasonic brother, Bugnini, have been publicy released and admitted as authentic by the V2 sect today. (See two examples below.) Note: Achille Lienart confessed in 1973 on his deathbed, that the Freemasonic plot was so subtly structured as to lure Catholics into accepting the Novus Ordo in the short term as valid, but in fact to invalidate the Mass and priestly ordinations. Liénart executed the Freemasonic plot at Vatican II to invalidate the sacraments - the Freemason Bugnini, tactically implemented that plot in the Novus Ordo service (purposely invalid New "mass").

We oblige you ... to spread de-christianization by confusing the rites and languages, and to set priests, Bishops, and Cardinals against each other. The Babel language and ritual will be our victory, just as the single language and ritual was the strength of the Church ... Everything should take place in the period of ten years." (June 14, 1964)

"Incomparable Grand Master ... The de-sacralization is rapidly taking place. Another Instruction was published, which took effect on June 29. We can already sing victory, because the vulgar language is sovereign in the whole liturgy, including the essential parts ... The greatest liberty was given to choose between the various formularies, to individual creativity, and to ... chaos! .... In short, with this document I believe to have spread the principle of maximum licentiousness, in accordance with your wishes.
"I fought hard against my enemies from the Congregation for the Rites, ... I thank you for the funds sent and am waiting to see you soon. I embrace you, Your Brother Buan" (June 2, 1967).
Note: the (logically priestless) sspx (logically part of the N.O. sect) also confirmed that Buan (A.K.A. Bugnini) was a heretical Freemason:
"Archbishop Bugnini was a consultant in the Sacred Congregation of the Propagation of the Faith, and in the Sacred Congregation of Holy Rites. He was also the chairman of the Concilium which drafted the Novus Ordo Missae. Archbishop Annibale Bugnini was a freemason, initiated into the Masonic Lodge on April 23, 1963 (Masonic Register of Italy dated 1976). 3. Achille, Cardinal Liénart. Bishop of Lille. He was formerly a captain in the French Army, and a life-long ultra-Liberal. He led the progressive forces at the Second Vatican Council, on which account it was said that ‘his ideas were redder than his robes’. Shortly before his death he startled those in the room by suddenly exclaiming: ‘Humanly speaking, the Church is dead.’ Initiated October 15th, 1912. Code name could not be verified.

Marcel Militant? Tearing? the mask off of Freemasonry...??
As this information began to be publicly known in 1976:Lefebvre himself acknowledged that Achilles Liénart was a Freemason in a tape-recorded talk he gave in Montreal, Canada on May 27, 1976. Yet, then, stated that it did not adversely affect the validity of his own Orders. (FALSE!!) Note: for the uncautious/unthinking masses, una cum Rat sspx'ers, and a large chunk of sede (Daniel) Dolanite type followers, the case is closed, based on the "traditional" precedent that: Marcel said so. Intelligent Catholics who aren't fond of "sound bytes" please read on.
Any impartial student of Church History must ask what other objective/courageous souls have before: are we dealing with Marcel Mason? Still, that is irrelevant to the fact that Mr. Marcel Lefebvre was never ordained a priest- as the documented (by multiple reliable sources) heretical Freemason, Fr. Achille Liénart (according to Cum ex Apostolatus Officio) could never have been consecrated a Catholic bishop in any way, shape or form.
After finding the exact teaching - and then in a correspondence with a member of the Hierarchy in exile on the subject, it was confirmed, that: one first has to be ordained a priest before they could be consecrated a bishop -that is, they must be brought through the ordered (required) steps i.e., no skips in major orders. *Note: "The major orders are the priesthood, diaconate, and sub-diaconate. The minor orders are four in number, viz., the acolytes, the exorcists, the readers, and the door keepers (Summa, XXXVII. 2, 3)."
Ergo, layman Lefebvre -click (knowingly or not) was never capable of saying Mass, hearing confession or, of course, ordaining a deacon to the priesthood.

This is a fact that we must keep in view in order to fully understand and judge the conditions. The realm of darkness, Satan's realm, stands opposed to the realm of Christ. Satan and his adherents carry on the warfare against the Church of Christ, as they assaulted Christ Himself. 'As they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you,' so did Christ prophecy.

The Domus Mariae Hotel
Angelo Roncalli "lodged" at this hotel (located less than two miles from the Sistine Chapel) before the opening of the 1958 Conclave. It was from the Domus that he and other Freemasons plotted the final details of the successful usurpation of the Papal Throne:

From the vantage point today: it is clear that these dark gatherings are where the 5th column (ipso facto) mutineers formulated/rehearsed the final details of their satanic coup d'état.
