"Uncompromising Catholic Militancy"

[In response to someone who begged him (Saint Pius X) to "go soft" on the Modernists, He retorted]: "Kindness is for fools! They want them to be treated with oil, soap, and caresses but they ought to be beaten with fists! In a duel you don't count or measure the blows, you strike as you can! War is not made with charity, it is a struggle a duel. If Our Lord were not terrible he would not have given an example in this too. See how he treated the Philistines, the sowers of error, the wolves in sheep's clothing, the traitors in the temple. He scourged them with whips!"

Ecclesiastical Approbation

In Today's Catholic World carries the approbation in writing of the (True) Petrine Hierarchy in exile i.e., connected with Pope Gregory XVII. It faithfully adheres to the rules for Catholic Journals mandated by Leo XIII in the Apostolic Constitution Officiorum ac Munerum, January 25, 1897 - so heavily re-stressed by Pius X in Pascendi Dominici Gregis, September 8, 1907.

St. Ignatius of Antioch - "Let no one do anything of concern to the Church without the bishop. Let that be considered a valid Eucharist which is celebrated by the bishop or by one whom he ordains [i.e., a presbyter]. Wherever the bishop appears, let the people be there; just as wherever Jesus Christ is, there is the Catholic Church." (Letter to the Smyrneans 8:2 - 110 A.D.)

"Later on we (Fr. Khoat Tran and Pope Gregory XVII) had many connections to another person (Msgr. Taramasso), so we know from June '88 to May '89, Pope Gregory XVII had *done something, some important thing He can do. When I started to speak out, after he passed away in 1989 - in 1990, and people said 'what can we do now, everything is past? He passed away, we should close the chapel.' The Church never closes the chapel, the Church must always be a *continuation." -The Rev. Fr. Peter Khoat Van Tran (05-20-06)

Note: The following information is from a Mr. Martens, a European correspondent for TCW. A while back Mr. Martens had brought to my (the Editor of TCW) attention a book of some 400 year-old Catholic prophecies most relevant [applicable] for today. In a correspondence I asked Mr. Martens about the history of these stunning centuries-old predictions.

Regarding the historical background of the book he replied as follows:

I received it from Mr. Bodewes, a very well informed Theological layman, we cannot say how sorry we are that he is no longer with us anymore, his advice was most excellent in Theological matters: it was always based on his tremendous knowledge of the Church Fathers, doctrines, and encyclicals of the Popes.

He [Mr. Bodewes] told me he received a little book out of the library of the German seminary Zaitskofen of the SSPX [a null & void entity. -ED], from a "priest" student. It is called:

Fratris Joannis Lucenciani
Vaticinia Vaticana

Bandusia Verlag (publisher)
5474 Bad Breisig-Brohl Germany
Von Liga der Katholischen Traditionalisten e.v.
Am Lehnshof 16
5063 Overath Immekettel

Mr. Bodewes made contact with the German translator [*Jens Hagen Murrbart], and Mr Bodewes informed me, that the translator told him, *he had found the original in an Italian monastery's library, in the late 1960's.

True Popes
Painting of True Popes

In fact, Jens Hagen Murrbart had found the original Latin text of 1608 A.D., and in reading it -became more and more overwhelmed by its contents. As he was not allowed to take it with him, he took the time to write it out by hand, and as he could not finish it- he returned a year later from Germany to Italy to continue his job, but the book could not be found anymore! He assumed the monks [1960's New Montinian church -ED] took it away after his departure, and were also astonished about its contents... Anyway, he started to translate it into German [in the form of] poems. This would have been best not to have been done as (in poems) it forced him into too "narrow of a suit" [format] as opposed if translated into common German, and not into rhymes.

Mr Bodewes asked me to review the translation and I soon realized that the translator had made very large mistakes with the Latin - and (once corrected) it was more interesting then he could have thought possible! It really is powerful, and I found out that unfortunately the translator did not understand very well the complete contents, I have to admit it was also for me a very hard job.

I worked out about 50% of what we thought was the most important portions and made a Dutch translation and published it for Traditionalist friends. Note: most of who did not react, I think they also did not understood its very fine contents - only a few people were enthusiastic. Then later on Mr. Bodewes got in contact with the German translator who was very surprised that we had studied it so deeply. He had the same experience in Germany - really nobody gave any response. EXCEPT after we published the Dutch example, the SSPX brotherhood took it out of their libraries.

I need to mention an important issue: a few years later I got into contact with a big personality [laic] in the German "sedevacantist movement", and I mentioned to him in a letter about the Nova Roma book. He answered that to his knowledge the German translator had not gotten it from an original text but instead had dreamed it up himself!?!

This is really a pathetic accusation, as this "sedevacantist" did not study very well its contents. He should have taken into account that the translator:

1. Did not quite understand 100% of the contents

2. Made many mistakes in the translation

3. It predicted the last 40 years of the history of the vatican 2 "church" very accurately

4. It [the text] could not have known so many accurate details of quite a lot of prelates and the plot they set up. If you don't know these fine details you cannot understand (correctly interpret - the meaning of) a lot of the poems, it took us all so much time to "dig up" all these details and I soon discovered that the translator himself did not understand the contents and therefore unfortunately made a lot of mistakes in the German translation. NOT IN THE LATIN LINES, if one knows the fine details [in proper historical context] the Latin poems are a Bulls Eye!

I have studied publius vergilius maro for four years and the Latin is very much alike. Even with some very familiar lines sometimes the [German] translation is not quite correct, as a result of his attempt to write it in rhyme poems as well.

The "sedevacantists" may not like its contents but their accusation that this 400 year old treasure chest of prophecies which predicts the victory of Pope Gregory XVII's successors was "made up" is patently false! The devil is very smart and tries to ruin everything that does not suit him.

All these poems have been studied for many hours and reflected for years. There are more than 100 poems, and verses which form these important predictions. I humbly submit a *sampling:

who attempt to tear it down and destroy it."

St. Peter and St. Lawrence
Christ's Vicar St. Peter with his Deacon St. Lawrence

"It is granted to few to recognize the true Church amid the darkness of so many schisms and heresies,
and to fewer still so to love the truth which they have seen as to fly to its embrace."
-St. Robert Bellarmine

"To know whom to avoid is a great means of saving our souls. Thus, the Church forbids the faithful to communicate with those unbelievers who have forsaken the faith by corrupting it, such as heretics, or by renouncing it, such as apostates. ...It is for this reason that both divine and human laws command such sinners to be put to death, because there is a greater likelihood of their harming others than of their mending their ways.”-St. Thomas Aquinas

Many have traveled different (often times) arduous paths to find the One Church founded on the Rock of St. Peter. Here is a recent letter/note from a True Catholic grateful to be Home.

Dear Editor,

I live in Victoria Texas, not far from Port Arthur, (Texas). Would LOVE to be able to start coming to Mass and communion at a Fr. Van Tran's chapel.

I'm a 58 year old "Cradle Catholic" and have been researching for about 10 years now, to try and find the true, Traditional Catholic Church, once I realized the Novus Ordo was the Satanic counterfeit. Started with my mother's death in 1995, really, when I found a copy of the Fatima Crusader on her bedstand. That led me to SSPX [a null & void entity. -ED] website after Fatima Crusader proved false. Then I found out about Sedevacantism; looked at CMRI's articles for a LONG time, couple years or more. Finally, about 8 months ago, found the Dimond Brothers' site, and thought I'd come "home" until tonite, when I accidentally (providentially, really) found the Irishman's *article and traced it to "y'all"!

*See: Most "Holy" Family Monastery…A doctrine of Ambiguity, Condemnations and Haste (By Mr. Patrick Walsh of Waterford City, Ireland TCW Fall 2007) -ED

I'm SO glad I found your website - quite by accident, it was listed when I did a search for the Dimond Bros site; I'm one of the people that had been taken in by their seemingly traditional views.

I've traveled a long road from Novus Ordo "Catholicism" to the real Church and feel I'm finally "Home" now, with the views and teachings on your website. I'm SO glad and sad, at the same time, to learn that we've actually had a true Pope 'til 1989 and even now, though underground, and real, authentic, apostolic Cardinals.

I live in south Texas, only about 3 hrs drive from Port Arthur and look forward to traveling there soon to, hopefully, meet and attend mass at Fr. Van Tran's chapel.

Thank you,

Jerry Anderson

[End of letter]

"Peter, the Prince of the Apostles, upon whom the Church was founded in stable massiveness... As Christ Himself gave light to the Apostles, that they might be called 'the light of the world,' and as they obtained other names from the Lord; so to Simon also, who believed on the Rock Christ, He bestowed the name of Peter; and, according to the metaphor of a rock, it is rightly said of him, 'I will build My Church upon thee.' The 'gates of hell' are vices and sins, or certainly the doctrines of heretics, by which men enticed are led to hell." -St. Jerome 390 A.D.

TCW's Editor's Reply:

Dear Mr. Anderson:

Hello. Thank you for your email. I hope you are/will be - safe from the terrible recent weather in your state. TCW carries the approbation of the (Petrine) Hierarchy in eclipse: yes be assured you have *found the True Church at last. Although many well-intentioned souls are sadly "used" to having the rug-pulled-out-from-under-them by so-called Traditional "mass apostolates" false teachers etc., it still is always bitterly painful to realize that certain groups or individuals are in (damning) error and must be rejected.

*"Where Peter is, there is the Church."

For the humble little flock of uncompromising Catholics persevering, there is much work [offering great graces] to be done. Be prepared to lose many of your "friends" - and for probable spiritual assaults as the devil (in his luciferian arrogance) wants to be master of all -even of the elect (if that were possible).

Saints from the first centuries spoke of the terrible persecutions (occurring) now - they also spoke of heroic souls during the Apostasy too. Our Blessed Lord tries those whom He loves.

Blessed be the Immaculate Heart of Mary,

Mr. David Hobson

P.S. I will email you separately about approbated [lawful] Masses, times, contacts etc. - Note: the holy priest Fr. Peter Khoat Van Tran, is encouraging the true Faithful (especially in this time of travail) to stay close to Our Lady. Please pray for his mission from Pope Gregory XVII.

St. Henry, Holy Roman Emperor, Defeated an Antipope (View this History)

"If our age in its pride laughs at and rejects Our Lady’s Rosary, a countless legion of the most saintly men of every age and of every condition have not only held it most dear and have most piously recited it but have also used it at all times as a most powerful weapon to overcome the devil, to preserve the purity of their lives, to acquire virtue more zealously, in a word, to promote peace among men."
